These rules explain how bets are placed and settled at Foxy Bingo, what happens if a game is interrupted, and how bonus funds and live tables are treated. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and the rules built into each individual game.

General rules that apply to all play

These rules apply to every game available on our site. Where an individual game sets out its own rules in more detail, those rules apply to that game, and these rules cover everything they do not. We hold a gaming licence and we verify accounts before play and withdrawals are confirmed.

  1. One account per person. You may hold a single account with us. If duplicate accounts are opened, we may close them and play on them may be made void.
  2. 18 or over only. You must be at least 18 years old and play for yourself, with funds that belong to you.
  3. Real-money and bonus balances. Your account may hold both real-money funds and bonus funds. The balance a stake is taken from is shown in the cashier and in the game window before you play.
  4. Bets are final. Once a stake is confirmed and the round has begun, the bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund it because the wrong amount or the wrong option was chosen.
  5. Limits as displayed. Minimum and maximum stakes, table limits and any limits you have set yourself are the ones shown in the game or in your account at the time you play.

Please double-check the stake, the number of lines and the bet type before you confirm. If you are not sure how a game works, open its help screen first; most games also offer a demo mode where this is permitted.

How bets and spins are settled

Every game is run on a game server. The outcome recorded by that server is the result of the round, and it is that record we use to settle your bet and to answer any question about it later.

  • The result shown by the game server is final. If what appears on your screen differs from the server record - for example because of a display fault, a slow connection or a browser issue - the server record applies.
  • Each game is settled according to its own rules and paytable, which you can open from within the game at any time, including before you place a stake.
  • The theoretical return to player for each game is shown in that game's information or help screen. It is a long-term average across very many rounds and does not predict the outcome of any individual session.
  • Results are produced by a random number generator or, for live tables, by the physical equipment in use. Previous results have no effect on later ones.
  • Winnings are credited to the balance the stake was taken from, in line with the rules of that game and, where bonus funds are used, the terms of the bonus.
  • Your account history shows the rounds you have played, the stakes placed and the amounts returned. Please look over it if anything seems unexpected.

If a bet is placed or settled in error - for example because of an obvious pricing or paytable fault - we may correct the settlement and adjust your balance accordingly, and we will tell you when we have done so.

Malfunctions and interrupted play

Games occasionally fail, and connections drop. The rules below set out what happens in each case so that no player gains or loses because of a technical fault.

Malfunctions

A malfunction voids all pays and all play on the affected round or rounds. If a fault in the software, the game server or the equipment used at a live table causes an incorrect result to be displayed or an incorrect amount to be paid, the round is void, stakes are returned and any amount wrongly credited is removed from your balance.

Disconnections

If you are disconnected part-way through a round, the round is not lost. When you next open that game, it will either resume at the point you left it or settle automatically using the result already recorded by the server, with any winnings credited to your balance. Closing a game window, switching device or losing signal does not change an outcome that has already been determined.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds are played under the terms attached to the offer they came from, as well as these rules. Those terms are shown before you take part in an offer and remain available in your account for as long as the bonus is active.

  • Where you hold both real-money and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order set out in the bonus terms and shown in the cashier.
  • A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is outstanding. Going above it may mean the bonus and anything won from it are removed.
  • Games contribute towards wagering at different rates, and some games are excluded entirely. The contributions that apply are listed in the bonus terms.
  • Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the offer. Anything unused at that point, together with any winnings still subject to wagering, is removed.
  • Using bonus funds in a way designed only to secure a guaranteed return - for example by covering opposing outcomes on a table game - may lead to the bonus being withdrawn.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and are filmed in real time. Each table has its own help screen covering the bets available, the payouts and the minimum and maximum stakes for that table.

  1. Betting is open for a set period in each round, shown by the timer on the table. Stakes placed after betting closes are not accepted, and a stake that does not register before the cut-off is returned.
  2. The dealer's call and the result recorded by the table equipment decide the round. Where the video and the recorded result differ, the recorded result applies.
  3. If a card is dealt in error, a wheel result is unclear or the equipment is faulty, the dealer or the studio supervisor may declare the round void and return stakes.
  4. Side bets, insurance, surrender and similar options are offered only where the table's own rules provide for them, and are settled under those rules.
  5. An inactive seat may be released so that other players can use the table. Chat at the table is moderated, and we may remove chat access where conduct towards the dealer or other players is abusive.

Before you join a table, please go through its help screen. The rules of blackjack, roulette, baccarat and similar games vary between tables, and the version in front of you is the version that applies.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, tell us as soon as you can. Records are easiest to match while the round is recent, so please raise it promptly rather than waiting.

  • Write to support@casinofoxybingo.co.uk, or start a conversation on live chat from any page of the site.
  • Give us the game name, the date and time of the round, including your time zone if you were playing from outside the UK, and the round or transaction reference if you have it.
  • Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and attach a screenshot if you took one.
  • We will look into the matter against the server record and come back to you with what we find and what, if anything, we will do about it.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains the next steps, including how to take the matter to an independent dispute resolution service free of charge. Nothing in these rules affects your statutory rights.
